Family Law Limited Scope Representation

The Johnson County Bar Association's Limited Scope Attorney
Referral List provides an opportunity for self-representing parties
to hire a local attorney from the list to assist with their Family Law
case. The attorney performs only part of the legal work, such as
filing papers with the court, and the client handles the rest of the case. The goal is to encourage clients to get as much legal assistance as they need and can afford in order to protect their rights.
