ATTORNEY REPRESENTATION PROJECT

The Kansas Supreme Court’s Project on Limited Scope
Representation encourages self-representing litigants to hire a local
attorney from the list below to assist with their Family Law case. The
attorney performs only part of the legal work, such as filing papers
with the court, and the client handles the rest of the case. The project’s goal is to encourage clients to get as much legal assistance as they need and can afford in order to protect their rights.
